My salesman was the complete opposite. Was like pulling teeth. First domestic purchase since I started driving. I should have walked but my patience just wanted the truck. Deal wasn't bad either. Knew I'd never deal with the tool going fwd.

 

Same here, my dealer tells me will call you once the truck arrives so basically don't bother us. So very thankful for Chad! Have the fun is tracking it!

 

I received my 2016 Limited VIN yesterday. Build week of 1/18.

 

When did you place your order? Just curious as I ordered a Limited on Dec 3rd so I'm just about 10 days into it.

What kind of a discount could you get off a Limited?? Every dealer I tried gave me the whole allocation BS like I was ordering a Raptor. Ended up settling on 7k off MSRP less any rebates at time of delivery.

 

I had no problem with my dealer at all. They have been great in the past and continue to be. I got around 7.5K off the MSRP. I also had a $750 Ford coupon that I was able to use in addition.

 

OK, good. That makes me feel good about my deal. I hadn't really seen any comparable numbers on a Limited. I do have to take in consideration they paid TOP DOLLAR for my trade so that was worth a lot.

 

UPDATE--- so they truck that was built 10/26 is STILL not here... and last month my dealer ordered another one so that fingers crossed-- one would get here sooner than later... Well--- build date for truck #2 is MONDAY with an ETA of 12/18-12/22. SO------ Guess we will see which one shows up first......

 

My build date is also Monday, but my truck will arrive by rail car.
