A screen capture program such as SnagIt. Or one can do a "print screen" (it's a command right there on your keyboard) then paste the captured image into a new blank document in an image editing program.

Guess it finally works. Cotus confirmed that I got the 5.0 instead of the 2.7 but everything else on the order is correct. Now I just need to figure out if they are going to try and charge me for this.

Ned, keep us up to date, if your DORA said 2.7, and your DEAL said 2.7 -- the dealer either has to get truck re-manufactured properly, or give it to you for free. Bottom line you don't have to accept the truck - it's not what you ordered, but if they sweeten the deal, you could choose to. I'd ask for better than just the price up to the 5.0L, i'd bring up fuel costs, and the fact you are taking not what you wanted.. make sure you get compensated because you are really getting them out of a jam
