Snag-it is great, but another free option is the Snipping Tool that is built into Windows!

Ned, keep us up to date, if your DORA said 2.7, and your DEAL said 2.7 -- the dealer either has to get truck re-manufactured properly, or give it to you for free. Bottom line you don't have to accept the truck - it's not what you ordered, but if they sweeten the deal, you could choose to. I'd ask for better than just the price up to the 5.0L, i'd bring up fuel costs, and the fact you are taking not what you wanted.. make sure you get compensated because you are really getting them out of a jam

The first one showed up with paint damage, the second one was ordered with the wrong specs, and third times the charm!

There is a link to access the window sticker within the cotus site. Has anyone been successful at pulling up their window sticker? Mine won't generate.

Got Cotus to work as well.....while I would be happy to get my truck a sap, I'm pretty sure it will take more then 2 days.....will see.
