I've been trying to dig up the list of Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) and Recalls out there on the newly redesigned 2015 and later Ford F-150s and this is what I'm aware of. If anyone knows of any other TSBs (or Recalls) please let me know and I'll work with the forum administrators to update the list. Also, if someone can please post all of the PDFs I'll get help in linking them to each TSB listed below.

Recall Number: 15V279000 Recall Date: 05/12/2015 Attachment 397004 Component: STEERING Problem Summary: Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain model year 2015 Ford F-150 trucks manufactured March 19, 2015, to March 30, 2015. The affected vehicles may have been built with a steering upper intermediate shaft that was improperly riveted. Consequence: If the intermediate shaft was improperly riveted, it could separate from the intermediate shaft flex coupling, resulting in a loss of steering control and increasing the risk of a vehicle crash. What Owners Should Do: Ford will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the intermediate shaft and replace it, as necessary, free of charge. The recall began on May 22, 2015. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 15S17. Recall Number: 15V251000 Recall Date: 04/28/2015 Attachment 397005 Component: STRUCTURE: FRAME AND MEMBERS:UNDERBODY SHIELDS Problem Summary: Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain model year 2015 Ford F-150 vehicles manufactured January 30, 2015, to January 31, 2015. The affected vehicles may have loose or missing underbody heat shields. Consequence: A missing under body heat shield can lead to degradation or melting of the fuel or vapor lines, increasing the risk of a fire. What Owners Should Do: Ford will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the vehicle for missing underbody heat shields and fasteners, and will install the missing components as required, free of charge. The recall began on May 13, 2015. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 15S12. Recall Number: TBD Recall Date: 9/30/2015 Component Adaptive Cruise Control for Ford F-150 Ford is recalling some 37,000 2015 Ford F-150 pickup trucks for a potential issue with the adaptive cruise control. The company said that when passing "a large, heavily reflective truck," the radar in the adaptive cruise could incorrectly identify the truck as being in the F-150's lane of travel. The F-150 could then automatically apply the brakes until the adaptive cruise system no longer believes this to be the case. Ford said it received a report of one accident related to this issue. No injuries were reported. The recall affects certain 2015 Ford F-150 vehicles built at Dearborn Truck Plant, March 18, 2014 through Aug. 5, 2015, and at Kansas City Assembly Plant, Aug. 11, 2014 through Aug. 6, 2015. It includes 36,857 trucks in North America; including 33,481 in the U.S. Dealers will update the adaptive cruise software at no cost. Ford's number for this recall is 15S29. |

I've been smelling coolant. I'll be you a quarter that TSB 15-0073 will have something to do with it. I'll check it in the morning. Maybe it'll be something I can fix at home.

forgive my ignorance, I'm not sure how these TSBs work. Is it safe to assume any trucks built after the TSB went out will already have the issue fixed? i.e. will 2016 builds not need these TSB fixes?

Thank you very much for doing this. I have the transmission and cooled seat issues, and will be bringing these TSBs along to my appointment with the dealer tomorrow.
