Thanks Ohio. It all helps. Weird that there are no pics of that combo right? Maybe I'll just have to post some when I get them on there.

Yeah, I wanted get the color again but they are kind of rare around here. No rust belt but I had to get what I could find in good shape. The blue truck had 334k on it when it was hit so even though it was in great shape and ran like a top, I got screwed on the insurance payout which limited my options since I just bought a house. Get this, the accident happened immediately after I took the very 1st load from my old rental to my new house. I wanted to the smack sh.. out of that guy! Oh well, the gray one has way fewer miles at least.

Congrats on your second, when he/she gets here I mean.

Sorry to hear about that truck, that was a sharp color combo! I wanted blue but beggars cant be choosers in the rust belt lol.

On a side note just found out I DEFINITELY won't be DDing this truck when we have a second kid. Car seat must be in the middle. Not enough room behind my seat for a car seat and just tried it out behind the passenger seat... no go; the seat has to be all the way forward and then has to be a bit pat straight up to get the seat to click down....

I guess maybe if our first person is front facing by then MAYBE there could be room but this just sealed me jumping to a crewcab on the next truck
Yep, the back seat is mainly a package shelf in these trucks. Graduate to something newer, though (even the 04), and the extended cabs have a lot more room.
..

Ah won't be for a year or two. We just had our first 2 months ago! I've just been on the look out to upgrade and this will definitely be a factor. Lol

Not really weird when you consider that DSG is a fairly unique color to begin with. Then factor in (or out, I guess) all the flaresides and SCrews, and then how many slab-sides that are left are FX4's, and it's slim pickin's.

That's true but considering all the unbelievably weird stuff google images brings back, I just assumed this would be easy to find.

On the flip side, if this is my biggest problem of the day I must be doing pretty well. Ha!

Hey AK did you order those wheels yet.......How 'bout now?
I ordered them, but they are 21 days out of filling my order. Only 1 in stock right this minute. It's suppose to split ship. Not a big deal. Red is put away until spring.

Didn't you mention you were going to sell blue at some point? Too many pages to go back and try to find but I thought that came up at one point?
