I didnt see that due to orientation of the gear set and carrier so I'll check it out tomorrow when I have some light.

I honestly cant wait to have an enclosed space with lights and cement to work in.
It's like the plague lol

I saw that post a bit ago. I was hoping that little Bastage would of sold it like he said he did, last month. WTF can't describe my feelings about this character. What a Maroon.

JP. I hope your rear axle turns out for you. I've seen a few without the spring still in them. It seems like anyone who's serviced their axle have no spring anymore. It just preloads the clutches, so without it, it gives the clutches some space, which can chatter without the XL3 modifier.

White, I honestly cant wait. Is there such a thing as using too much friction modifier? I know RP has it but I have the additive too and don't want to mess anything up.

2100, I think the plague gets a better reception. Lol

AK, I hope it does too, but if it is shot I will find a set of 3.73 axles or get a jump on 4.10 parts sooner than I anticipated. So it will work out either way I guess.

Even if the bottle of RP/Valvoline/BrandX says it has it in it, always use a bottle of MC XL-3 in it.

Thank you White. I'll throw it all together in the morning and hope it decides to act right again.

Well I got it all back together and it is doing so much better. There is no more thud when accelerating and honestly just seems quieter overall. I had some water intrusion in the old fluid and found a cracked breather so I ran new line there. I think everything is in good shape now.

It definitely is. I guess my thinking yesterday was that there was supposed to be a spring on both sides of the carrier and when I didnt see that I jumped to conclusions and missed the mark. Live and learn I suppose.

JP....we've all been there at least once. You see something, it looks out of place or wrong, only to find it was right. Been there, done that. LOL
