I wish I was... big hugh jass flakes too. Luckily it only stuck in the higher elevations. But I'm scared it may have damaged the fruit on my trees. It's supposed to be 80 again this Saturday, LOL..... Utah has some pretty strange weather sometimes.

I guess I should just be happy that the nice days have been on the weekends so far, and the ugly days during the week.

Went over and got some silica sand for the sand blaster tonight. Plan on getting a little done to the wheels Thursday night. I'm not going to be able to do too much Saturday. I am having monovision eye surgery Friday morning. Hoping for a good outcome and speedy recovery.

Good luck with the eye surgery white! Silica sand, you crazy ? That's some deadly stuff, wouldn't use it myself....never. Not with the much safer (won't kill yuh) media available today. Nasty stuff white, be very careful man.

Deadly how? That's what everyone has been telling me to use. I am going to get a respirator.

Wow Whitey. Hope it comes off without a hitch. This crew is the walking wounded at times. LOL.

Now to the freaking weather. We have a snow storm on the North Slope and a big damn storm coming across the Pacific below Alaska. They haven't figured if it's going to turn towards us in Anchroage or just go across and hit British Columbia/Seattle area. It's a decent sized, according to the radar. Hopefully we get spared this one. It might be messy. The problem is, there is a monster coming right behind this smaller one.

LOL @ walking wounded. I need new glasses anyway, so I figure I may as well put the 500 bucks towards getting a more permanent fix.

I've heard some bad things about silica too but I've also had a ton of guys recommend it (older gents mind you lol) I think you just need to take everyone's opinion with a grain of salt but for real do some research and if you go that route DEFINITELY make sure you've got the proper respiratory gear

If I were you, I'd look it up. 3M doesn't even sell a filter pac for the stuff, well they won't admit to it, put it that way lol. It's your life, hate for you to nuke the respiratory system, it's a terrible way to go. It's a VERY OLD and ancient way to blast...not kidding. I would need tanks on my back getting anywhere near it..but hell, if you haven't looked it up already...it must be worth it. Make sure the family isn't around....mutts too!
