Hahaha, yea it's high-way seen , lots of action. Why is it all the cars and trucks that go flying never have a gas tank. There's like this big empty space under the vehicle...well I noticed anyway.

So what's happening here, why are you getting harassed ? Iduno, I'd hate that unless I made them aware I'm looking, -in some way or another. Are you topped out where you are, unhappy perhaps, is there more to made in your profession? Health care and retirement are very important. Retirement and pension caught my attention at a young age. Specially after working side by side with people who have put in the time when I was young. So many times during my career I was advised by these same folks, - "man don't ever give this up". Now that I'm almost fully retired, I can't wait! I'm out completely at 55. Plenty of good years left to enjoy it. Go for it White!

Topped out in the industry, no. Where I am, not far from it.

The place that called me is a union shop. That makes it a little shinier to me, lol.

Agreed, I need a pension and retirement plan, whatever I wind up doing. I have also talked about going back to school. I've had aspirations for owning my own fabrication shop for years and years now. If there is one thing I am well known for at work, it is getting things to work/mount in places they were not intended to, lol.
