What amp is that, BTW? Looks old school.
I saw the error in my ways this morning... the screws were to long and rubbin on Bed, whoops! Added some washers and some rubber grommets just to be safe (although I had hoped the old double sided tape would have worked but didn’t want to chance it) and tightened it back down. I can see the screw tips and no squeaking yet.

And yep it’s an old kenwood, got it from my boss who probably bought it new about 20 years ago. It’s plenty of power for my single 10†and I’m sure could push two 10s or 12s no problem. This thing, albeit small, is not lacking in power lol

Wonder if it is a cheater amp? Some of those old Kenwoods put out more than they say. My Zapco Z100 says 100W X 1 on the amp..... but it has a 30 amp fuse, LOL. My Buddy won a competition back in the late 90's with this same model amp. 119 decibels out of a "100 Watt" amp running four 12 inch Super Pro Super Blues. He had a hatchback Mitsubishi Mirage, which only had two seats after the box was built, LOL.

EDIT: Here's my little amp. It packs a wallop. If I push my "1200 watt max" Audiobahn 10, you can smell the speaker.

That’s cool, I love those little cheater amps. I had an old Rockford 100ix I believe at one point but ended up getting rid of it for larger power. Wish I would have kept it.

Looks like we've only got a few more decent weather days for the year.... so I decided it's a good time to throw Christmas lights on the house. All I've had is a cheap-o multi-ladder that feels awfully rickety when you're half way up. So I decided to get a new one. Ended up reading tons of reviews and landed on this Gorilla 22 foot multi-ladder at HD. What an animal it is. Super heavy duty!

I'm done over here.... this feller doesn't seem to take anything I've said as gospel until someone else says the same thing....

Look at post 24. Completely bypassed it.

Also, post 9 - I said to use the Dorman gaskets. Waited until you said it to listen.

I'll let you handle it Aragorn, lol. He doesn't listen to anyone but you.
