That's a good start, not what I was talking about exactly lol. Hey,-I still use Milton's at the manifold only. Just their huge and heavy S1815 G couplers because.... those actually flow.

I use Milton's also. I've used them since the late 60's. I have TruFlate on one of my small tag along compressors, but that was the way it came. I have 6 or 7 hose sections of 50', so I leave 2 with the TF's. The rest use the Milton's.

I think this is going to be my next mod guys. I really like how clean this cluster looks other than saying Simco everywhere, but even then it's not to bad.

It only goes to 100mph? Granted, I don't do it in the truck but reminds me too much of the 80mph crap the gubmint mandated back in the 80s. Or was it 70s?

Shoot, if I had my big computer I would post up a bunch of Milton stuff I was going to get rid of. All brand new stuff still in the wrapper. I purchased a pallet at an estate sale not to long ago and that stuff got added to it on the way to the truck...they didn't want it either lol.

The other stuff came from a solar company that went under.

I still use Milton to make custom hoses. I use a fancy Milton die crimper for that. That was a little pricey, had to go the factory to get that. Makes for very nice and clean looking hoses, HD as well. All my 1/4" high flow plugs are Milton, but my 1/4" couplers are Provey and Devilbis. Those 1/4" couplers out flow Miltons 1/2" G series @ over 99 cfm. My compressor is an 80 gallon 2 stage IR, -not the best, there is much much better. BUT, the compressor and the way I have it set up @ 3/4" with 3/4" WATTS filtration I can run high demand blasters, DA's without it breaking a sweat. Champion US made compressors are #1, Quincy is #2, but that IR handles everything this far so I haven't upgraded yet. Man those Champions are animals though, and they do it all at very low rpms. Would like one some day. But my IR is a never die model. Sort of like my truck it seems. I think I have a pick in my gallerys here, yea, actually quite a few -

Here I was rebuilding a WATTS regulator at 1/2" station I use for cleaning electronics, -

You can see some of it here 3/4" Desiccant set up with Milton G series, -

Another 3/4" station and Realcraft wheel used for general stuff. Main station for misc. I was bolting the wheel to the wall or just removed it to work on it. Had a little trouble with that one lol. This also was my paint station that included a Shrader/Belows check valve to save my desiccant (desiccant lasts twice as long with a check and since I use 5 lbs of desiccant, it's a major savings.

Ahhh, wish I found this pic first lol, but it's a better pic of the system. This one is set up for power and air consumption lol, - 3/4", high flow and NO bottlenecks, -

FWIW, this thing came in a really nice box (I work in the packaging industry, and I was impressed), and it was also bagged in a felt bag. Also came with its own oil. Nice presentation. I'll have to take pics, lol.

That looks like it's high flow. Milton has high flow couplers. I have a few variations but don't use them. They flow but not as well as the higher end composite couplers. It's not just that, the Miltons couplers, their high flow or HVLP line are brass. They are easily damaged compared to the composites. Plus, the higher ends have built in regulators that last quit awhile. None of my couplers like the cold, but what does lol. Recently I've been using Astro 2640's 1/4" safety couplers on the tool end. They've been alright, can take a beating, they're light and push some air.

Mannn, I have to pull that trailer home. The trucks rated for 7700 lbs, the trailer is 7400 dry. I have some minor clutch pac slippage, very minor. Only slips a little every now and again without a load. It didn't slip at all loaded puling a 6x12, pulled it with ease, but I'm not sure how much weight I had back there.

Hitch weight is about 700 lbs. I guess that figures in as well. It's a 200 mile pull from Ohio. I can get a loaner..What do you think, should a pull it?

BTW- I'll be pulling this home, -

https://www.rvtrader.com/dealers/Col...50RL-122975714

I can swap trucks with Hemied didge or an Eco boost. The Eco boost is more convenient. But, Iduno, hate to deprive the old 150, my only worry is rear end.

Anyway, I have to pull this thing home or they're going to start charging me storage fee's lol.
