Thinking
And... I have seen Satriani. He's actually here next week with Steve Vai.
I think I'm seeing some 10th Gen F250's using the same oil filter as the 150's, when a 5.4 is the engine. True? Who has part number books?
Do larger engined versions have a larger filter, thus, a larger port on the oil filter assy? Then it will be easier to reduce the number of filters on which to chase down microns, flow, bypass psi & port specs, and maybe also an existing remote adaptors (or pairs.)
Frams old shelf-chained book had these specs. Have to start at the engine port size, and, see if it's easy to increase. (Remember, just adding hoses and a remote will reduce flow a lil bit and should be compensated for to any reasonable degree possible.)
I'm willing to kill time calling filter mfrs but I need to reduce it to a few filters each... Unless someone can get data sheets from some friendly source(s.)
Time to see what's out there in skid plates.
