well that has a big part of it as well.

long story short, the last guy that i trained there, he did not like working under someone and did not listen to what i tried to teach him, well i put my notice in last april and he said oh well you won't quit, you can't quit, and was certain that they were going to keep me. Well they didnt try real hard. Then he realized i wasn't kidding but it was too late. I walked out that door as an employee for what i thought was the final time. Then that place went to crap with him running the show, inventory became a complete disaster, had a hard time showing up on time etc. Well he dug his own grave so to speak.

So they are having me come in on weekends and going to have me train the new guy

As for the dryer vent, while I probably would have installed it in a different spot, with the amount of air that A/C unit moves, and how often both might he running at the same time, I doubt it's having any measurable effect on its efficiency.

It's not the heat, it's the lint that I am worried about.

Oh wow...

After a couple of fairly decent weeks, the weather is supposed to get miserable (comparatively) starting tomorrow. The Wife and I are travelling south at the end of next week, so I hope we aren't impacted much.

What problems were those?
Did you help to solve the issue?

I won all the upsale spiffs for years and years
