Congrats man, that's gotta be a huge relief for you! In about 3 years I will be going thru the buying while trying to sell fun... already doing a honey-do list to get the house ready

Yeah.... this has taken me since February to get ready, and between buying and selling, it was all done in a week. The housing market is so hot right now in SLC. We actually have a housing shortage.

Does the alternator need to be torqued down? If so I haven't been able to find any specs on it

I have never done anything but go about a half turn past snug - using a 3/8, normal ratchet (no extended handle). I've never had an issue using that method.

Yes, Happy Fathers Day to you all as well. I'm relaxing today.... for the first time in a while. So it's been pretty enjoyable..... I am sitting here planning out things for the new house, LOL. I have pretty much decided I need to get me a carpet stretcher though..... I really don't want to kick 1300 square feet of carpet.

Any suggestions?
