Thank You. I ordered from Rightlook (I think that name is right), and they have about 14-16 colors available. The grey they have (3), two are very close to the Ford coloring. Durability, we will find out over time. I've never used them before. I used to use Foley.

Using my air brush gun, it spray evenly and goes on very nicely. It covers in a nice smooth coat (using the gun). It says to brush on evenly (in the instructions), but after some though and trying it with a brush, I went to air. lol

Hey I have a question. Does anyone know where Brew disappeared to? His last time on was Last Activity: 05-29-2017 11:52 AM. I hope he's okay and that nothing bad happened? Anyone know?

Yes AK, keep us posted on how it feels driving, and how it feels.

The old girl had the money light come on this morning on my way to work. P0455... so I guess it's time to inspect the EVAP system.

Question for the all knowing think-tank

Battery light started flickering while sitting in a drive thru, continued thru the drive home. Quick google search says either bad pigtail at alt or bad alt... any good tests to find the problem?

I can pretty much tell you that's your alt my friend. Pick one up from a yard and toss it on. I bet that light goes dark.

When I bought my blue 98 in 2010, I decided that I'd start looking for replacement parts when I could find them at a good to great price. Over the next year, I manged to pick up 2 alternators, a starter, fuel pump assembly for less than $200 for all of it. Both alternators were rebuilt's, one Denso and a Delco, rated at 130 amps each. I got one of them for $14 plus $15 for shipping. The starter was a reman Bosch, and the fuel pump/sender assy is new oem Motorcraft. I forgot, I picked up a new water pump in that deal also. I do have almost $70 in freight on everything (USPS) but to me that is still a steal over all, totalling at $270 for everything. I love the eBay auctions. The Buy It Now, not as much. lol
