I just checked to see who might have it, and Walmart does not have it in NATIONAL STOCK. Check this out. Out of stock.

Interesting. I might need to go poke around on BITOG and see if there's any info on it.

But yeah, Valvoline is the only oil I've used in my Mustang do 22 years. I have no complaints whatsoever. It is top notch IMO.

Here I sit.... paint all over me. We are planning to list the house this week or next week. My agent (who is also my cousin) told me homes in my area are averaging 3 days on the market before they are sold. He is going to do an open house. He had two yesterday, and one house had over 50 people come look at it. People are bidding UP on homes right now. When I bought this house, I paid less than the asking price.

This whole deal is making me a nervous wreck, LOL.

It sounds like you have to have your new home ready for you to go to before you sell your old one. Nice market to be in to sell, but not good to buy. Good luck Whitey. I hope you guys find the perfect garage, with home attached.

PS: We are going to break 80,000 hits today or tomorrow. It's been a fun thread to follow. Thanks guys.

Yeah.... it's a really difficult to time do it. Another one we looked at just went under contract. It's rough.

I am in a dilemma... Don't want to sell mine and be without a home, but I kind of need to know what I am going to sell it for, etc. Might need to shack up with my parents for a bit while things get sorted out - but I absolutely HATE not knowing what is going on.

LOL.... yeah, it's not exactly what I had envisioned. I'm pretty discouraged though. BLAH.

Sometimes reading this thread, and getting/giving a chuckle is what I need to calm back down. Congrats on building a winner, AK!

Well today my leather color kit came in. I redid my Navigator steering wheel, so that all the colors matched. I think it turned out fairly well. I haven't done leather coloring in years, but this worked out well. Rather than use a brush, I used my air brush gun.
