I followed the Whip-It yellow brick road. The man behind the yellow curtain gave no BTU quantification, and I don't see chefs needing 5000 vs 35-3600 btu.
But their site showcases some one-burner countertop stoves. Been looking at them for some time. Did replace my lost 1971 Sterno Stove. But this one shows promise, and also folds flat. At $20, was $10 last week.
