It's been unseasonably warm the past week or so. Got up to 61 today (that I saw). The reservoir a couple miles south of me claimed another life Monday night. A guy and his girlfriend got out on the ice, and she went through. He rescued her - then he fell in and succumbed to the ice and cold water. Only 20 years old. Last year the same thing happened to a 16 year old kid. (My point being, the ice is melting)
Tragic
You live close to me.(Roy) You do get some good sun just south of the lake, in the Grantsville, Tooele area
Did you hear about the small plane that took a dunk in Pineview attempting a touch and go on the ice (which was slush)
WalWHO? Where the other-half ordered TP during covid?
I suppose so. But they are just a great big mercantile. Maybe look at KMart. (BWG) This IS the ThiMking sub-forum. You guys, just by walking your brains around the block now and then, are a cut above, versatility wise. I greatly enjoy the company... the constant trickle of education. A nice used Cisco router would be a good ticket. Holler if needed; may have a source.
EDIT: Missed the pic and router info, (that did not initially, render on my phone,) showing that you already have a router. I am not up to date on brands, but I know a guy...
BTW, groups.io has a few Arduino lists/groups/forums. Not unfamiliar processors, but have not found time to delve.
LOL.... KMart? Hell, those all turned into Sears, then died around here. TP Link has different product levels. I only use their business grade products.

I didn't hear about that plane. Was that recent? Geez!
My Brother lives in Layton, so roughly 10 minutes from you.

Yeah.... had to solve a Rubik's Cube for that one.
Whitey, why not pay $0/month and use your phone as a hotspot for backup? Unless you have to upload gigabytes to YouTube, wouldn't that be adequate for the rare outage?
If I'm at home, that's fine. My kids do school from home, and my phone is paid for by my employer - so I don't leave it at home with them.
I recently signed up for a phone with Xfinity, if you recall, and the jackass told me it was free. When I went to activate it, the site said I had a balance of 400+ dollars on the phone. I got heated and sent it back. I wasn't caving in on their BS.
My thoughts on the Verizon 5G are that it also comes with Hulu and Disney +, so then it really dips from 35 to 22 a month (I think it's 12.99 for those two).
EDIT: What a damn mess... Anyone want to clean my garage?
