I think my kids stole most of my hair so hats are always a good thing. Summer for sunburn, winter for insulation.

On the other stuff, my truck just barely isn't big enough. Would probably do a F250 if I bought another truck. Like JBrew did.

Did consider a part time elec blower that just adds a psi or two. With my eco-gearing, would help a gear for several seconds. Rarely needed. "¢heap."

We might be at 90% volumetric efficiency, and that only at low rpms, so if we lose 1.5 psi even at 90%, from 14.7, adding that back is no small beans, even if only under 2-2500 rpm. You still get some, higher up. 100% volumetric efficiency was once the holy grail of race tuners, and they finally got it, but in a V V narrow rpm band. We want most of ours at low rpm anyway, as w any real truck. 265 HP to 300 on the cheap, *no extra gas, without stressing things, except when desired? Yum.
EDIT: (14.7/13.23)x265= 294.444 HP, 29.444 extra
(ALL based on some general assumptions.)
2nd EDIT: *"no extra gas," of course you WILL use gas proportional to the extra HP, WHEN you're actively.have the extra air, turned on. The MAF & computer will tell it to do that.

That's an old centrifugal type Procharger. I believe that's all Procharger makes. You want a roots type blower for pulling power on the low side. Like Eaton, Whipple, Magna Charger, Kenne-bell.....

This way you break things right off...before even getting started. You know, closer to the drawing board....home.

Why is it so hard to find a good alignment shop? I did some suspension work on my daughter's 2010 Focus, and she took it to Firestone for alignment. They sent her out the door with a ~$200 bill, AND THEY DIDN'T ALIGN THE CAR!!! It's been an unending series of this kind of incompetence for the past 15 years or so, and I swear, I'm going to snap one day.
