I'll definitely poke around a bit tomorrow. Only problem is.... I don't have any interest in getting rid of my 97.

I tried, for a year, to land a 7.3, but everyone thinks they're made of gold, even when they're piles of ****, so I gave up and bought my F150.

I guess you tune the 7.3 if want the part throttle response of the 6.2. So don't be to discouraged driving one...it can be tuned. I test drove two of them when I was going to trade in and wondered what the deal was. I never floor it test driving, it's the part throttle/torque and most usable DD HP I check. I already know what they can do wit 10,000 lbs behind them...wasn't worried there. Trading up to the 7.3 didn't have enough value for me. Had me appreciating what I already had much more.

I was meaning vs. the 7.3 PSD. I don't know enough about diesels to really jump in just yet. I'd have to compare the two gassers.

Those Godzillas still need some re-engineering for the Siamese cylinder head gasket issue
Took Ford at least three years on the V10 cranks breaking
The Siamese cylinder head gasket issue is a design flaw IMO, and no fancy parts or steam ports are going to fix it
You all remember the Sterling 10.25 gear oil leaking pig of an axle for years too right?
Turned out the oil slinger fixed the problem, after numerous seal types and manufacturers failed to do so

================================================== ==========

I've been trying to cancel Verizon for two days. These MFers are making it reallllly difficult.

EDIT: Here we go again.... the beast awakens

I want to cancel my damn home internet. I'm tired of the chat saying I have to call, and the call saying I have to chat. Just cancel it, and tell me where to send the modem.
