It's a 2003. It's a work van, so it has probably been beat on, but still...

It has Motorcraft V in it now. He just changed it, trying to fix it. So not a very good litmus test for us.

He's had two solenoid packs in it (from Autozone), and replaced the accumulator. Still shifts like garbage.

Have to be careful drilling those shift points out with that kit. One size too big and you're screwed lol.

You'll need a new plate or another kit. Shifting is really screwed up if you go too big. If you're are unaware anyway..

Are you guys installing the kit for him?

I had McD's today, for the first time in a long time. I was appalled at how poor the quality was! Every single item, right down to the nugget sauce, was downsized, thus ruining the taste, and more expensive than ever on top it. That'll be the last time.

I had what I think is my last double cheeseburger from there a month or so ago. Small, salty, just not good. I'll likely stick to making my fries in the air fryer from frozen, too. OrIeda has some that turn out as good or better (to me, at least).

I've always said, "you don't go to McD's because you're hungry for a cheeseburger; you go to McD's because you're hungry for McD's." Now it's lost that "special something", and there's no reason, at all, to go.

We make hand-cut fries in a great big pot of oil, from time to time. It's a major project, but they are unbeatable.

We're going to go through the whole trans. Also going to redo the pigtail going into the trans. We have a Transgo separator plate to go with it. Those are "usually" pre-drilled to their spec.

I just air fried some fries and a Tyson chicken patty for my dinner. That air fryer does one helluva job! I really need to get a new one, we've had this one for 5 years this Christmas... and it gets used pretty often.
