What a night so far.
Just pulled the truck in to change the oil and Buddy got skunked in the backyard.
I heard him start barking and giving chase, then whimpering.
By the time I got out there he was rubbing his face on the ground and the skunk was headed under the fence.
I had planned on washing the truck and or the bike tonight.
But ended up washing the dog. lol

I feel alright so far. Kidneys are messed up though. Not sure if that's permanent.
However, went over the tests and bloodwork on a MyChart link on line. Kidney failure number isn't that far from norm at my age. May bounce back. Everything works...just, i don't know,,,slow.at the moment.
Chest, heart feels good, like a big weight has been lifted...tingly even lol. Still going in for a stress test on that, I don't thing they are worried, they scheduled it for the 25th.
Really don't enjoy cooking....once in awhile maybe. Need to find a way to make that fun.
Should find a good spot back in the woods somewhere...have any room out there jp ? That's where the good medicine is .

Yeah have to chose more of a variety and hit all the good food groups. Planning meals now. Doesn't look like I have to resort to being a health nut. It's more like keep a variety going and not too much of one thing.
