I have their bigger one and I agree, worth every penny. I wish I had the smaller one but I dont think they had it when I bought mine.

EDIT: Last night I went to edit some more of my "Ultrasonic Cleaner" video, and the frequency that the cleaner runs at REALLY distorts the mic on my camera. Thought about overdubbing it, but I think it's possibly easier to just do a new video, lol.

About to take off for the day.... got that 1970 Mach 1 back today. In for a tune.... it's off so much that the motor isn't producing enough vacuum for the modulator on the trans.
LOL, I can easily see that happening to me lol. I'm cursed. Have to be..something unusually bad occurs when I take time to vid or take a pic. Think I'm crazy ? Think I'm just trying to get out of it ? Well, probably yes on all of that...on some level anyway. It's that damn Vodoo thing again I expect.

On the Mach 1. That is do the tune vs routing, parts or pressure?

Rained all day yesterday....dropped a coil in the mud after it was prepped for install (yep, camera related) and 4 bolts, they went into the puddle. Those were prepped and bagged tho, there's that. Camera quite working. The screen went yellow while attempting to capture. Not sure what's up with that.. lighting maybe?

My parking brake needs attention. No matter how hard I press it, it just won't hold. The shoes only have like 7kmi on them, so it should just be an adjustment, but I might have to replace those, too.

It will be time for an oil change in September, and this time I need to do the oil pressure sensor, and I intend to do a remote filter kit. Anyone have a recommendation on the kit?
Deleted the P-brake back in 06. They never work for long here... and can kill you, - as in leave you stranded in the middle of nowhere @ sub-zero.

Good call with Backstone.

Super- deep flush ? Better get that on vid...Chris Fix will envy you

Totally didn't think this was going to go well. Had two cope hold down bolts break on me. Using heat to assist was out of course, plastic manifold with inserts. Pre-soak was no help either, even tried the stinky stuff in the orange can. All I had with me was a 1/4" drive DeWalt impact with a Makita chuck. So it was wobbly. However, I also a 12 pack of 1/8" M42 colbalt bits in my arsenal. Saved the day...ported perfect enough straight holes though the bolts to where the old bolts fell away from threads. 6mm thread cleaner finished them off. Happy that went well.

Going to have more problems with breaking bolts on the truck in the future I expect. Truck is very clean throughout...it's just the bolts that are rusted. That's different.

That's the plan once I straighten out the electrical the problems with this truck...when it's safe to install new ignition components without compromise. Have a list growing. Old bolts are getting wheeled and coated if worthy. Gives me a little more time.

Currently, had one coil arching (that was blue lightning) and some of the plug wires had a light show of their own. Re-silconed the wore and was able to repair the coil (it wasn't misfiring/housing crack). #7 coil which happen to sit close to one of knock sensors under the manifold. Hoping that the coil arching caused the knock sensor DTC...a disturbance in the system reporting bad data back to the PCM. Would rather not use the new stuff for testing this theory. Temporary repairs aren't going to last, should last long enough for testing.
Plug wires test a little high on resistance, but they're close to max and all alike numer wise. Spark plugs look great AFA the burn, but wore and definitely need replacing. Gap spec 41-47 , they were 50-51. Gap to to 45 and reinstalled for now. The burn is identical on each. Motorcraft Plats w/122,000 miles on them I expect. The plug wires are most likley just as old.
Also, you wouldn't know there's a problem driving the vehicle, runs healthy, strong ...perfectly fine. Just needs a good going through.

Ford thinks it's the PCM, but that's drawing soley from the DTC. They are absolutely right with that assumption. But this case is a little different, Mice got into a little of everything...the engine compartment wiring/harnesses should be complete repaired except for #6 battery cabling. Ordered 4awg Ox free copper for that and tinned cast copper battery terminals. Best you can do other than the new Military grade spec..whatever that is. They must be carving their terminals from a block of silver now..and perhaps using silicon bronze grounding lugs. Anybody know? .

Side note and however, I'm going to fire it up as is and after reinstalling the repaired ignition components, force run the monitors through the Ford Company Drivecycle procedure and complete 3 full drivecyles runs. See what happens I guess. If the DTC comes back, I'll push on. If not, I'll push anyway with a little smile. The wiring in the back of truck is still a mess, - camera, parking sensors and whatnots.

Hope I answered your question noobs...my bad.

Great! I somehow triggered the comp to display every pic on this computer when it goes in into a sleep mode messing around with this video crap. Pics I've never seen before and have no idea where it's finding them..... Where the hell are they coming from???
