Is there another door inside that connects to the other units, like a hallway?
I would be worried about a break in to one unit, then them having the time to access them all from inside.
Not a shared hallway, no. But yes - like a lot of these "starter" shops around here, it's a community toto. However, I live less than a mile away, so if I need to take the kids to the pool, I can be home in a jiffy.

Just talked to the property owner/manager... it is indeed a community shidder. They don't want a lot of cars in the lot, as it has limited space. So, if we do use that shop, it will basically be for bench jobs only. That is fine though... there is a guy I am going to ask about pulling for us at his place, which is two doors to the north. Nice guy that I've had do some exhaust welding for me in the past. First 4 months are 50% off on the rent though, so that would be a good plus.

Nope. We're more like immigrant shop owners in a mob neighborhood. We pay for "protection" and we'll get back whatever they feel like letting us have.

I'm strange, I don't like chocolate.
I'm more of a BBQ meat type.

Sitting here thinking of food.
I had two crowns put on and a molar pulled yesterday.
Trying to figure out what to eat, might make some oatmeal or scrambled eggs.
I must say I feel better than I expected I would.
I have a wisdom tooth under the molar that he wanted to go after also, and that sucker is deep in the gum, right on the jawbone.
There is a major nerve thru there, and he thinks I might need surgery to remove it.
He was worried pulling it would damage the nerve.

So, I get to keep that one until it bothers me.
Just a little sore today.

I finally got these brake lines to seal up. I didn't realize that the coating that NAPA used was making the copper washers sit ever so slightly off kilter. I used some smaller washers, and bam.... dry!

It also has a medicinal purpose...noticed that in a Harry Potter flick.

Bark at the moon dudes...that was a hint.

Yep, I get them for someones B-day every year...the Oranges and the Fingers.

Watch the whole 10 seconds, -

Lupin is a werewolf.

Dark chocolate is also rich in disease-fighting antioxidants. Studies show it can help reduce blood pressure and lower the risk of heart disease. Much better then say....Oreos. Man I can't handle too many of those anymore...dammit.
