OReillys won't take your old jugs here. They want you to wait for them. Which is fine too I guess.

Don't even bother transferring anymore, less mess/time/paper towel. Split it between a couple 5 gallon buckets. Ingenues ehh. Until you hit a big **** chuck hole...

I have an old 5 gal. Citgo oil container that has a lid w/ a pour spout on it. and a cap.
I drilled a sheet metal screw into the top and remove it as a vent when I fill it or dump it.
Been working great for over 20 yrs.

My ride has been gradually getting worse and I noticed two of my Bilsteins are leaking. With my T-bars cranked to 24.25" and the 5/1 F250LD rear springs, I'm currently running 4600's up front and 5100's in the rear. I see they finally offer 5100's for the front; am I right to assume those are the better choice? I read something about the universal 5125's but I can't see if the valving is different.

I would go with 2.0 Fox shocks but I'm always on the verge of parking the truck forever so spending so much doesn't make sense.

We have to leave the containers behind. I'm not giving the city any 5 gallon buckets.

Surprised they want them, more work. They have to get rid of them.

Hell no on the buckets, those things cost money....like 5 bucks apiece

The answer to every stupid question is "government".

This is what I have on mine, Wolvee, at the recommendation of Bilstein who told me the valving is the same, just a different designation for the model-specific series and the universal one. My front is at 24" and rear has an extra 1" block.

FWIW, I was "on the verge" of getting rid of my '99 for most of the ten years I owned it, and as a result never did anything much to it. I refused to make that same mistake with this one, and am glad I didn't.

Lol, most likley. Or how much room they have left in their storage barrel. OReillys never want the container, here anyway. Taken it to Walmart in the past, they didn't care either way if I recall. Not sure if that's changed, been awhile.
