Just worked a deal with a friend for some front seats for The Eight Nine. They don't match the rears, but they are in great shape (they've been reupholstered), and I can live with that for a summer or two - then throw these in Frankie later.

Gotta wait until Friday though. He lives out of state, and will be coming through on Friday.

Ok - I got this. No joke...! You soak the shorts in that oil. 15 min is more than enough. Wash after pressure washering them, (so the washer does't get too oily.) Wisk is good at oil removal. Or Dawn, but that is sink duty, not a washer. I know it's oil, not red wine on an $80.(300 with inflation,) Belgium hand made mini-tablecloth. Stain!!! So, stain it all, and after 3 washings you can't see it unless you know to look.

It was 87-93. Mine came with them, and I still have them. But it has LX tails on it.

Could throw them in a bag of Floordry or Zorball.

Think I'd just chuck the shorts lol.

This pic was shortly after I got it painted. I put these lights back on it so the paint would match if I decide to use them again. I don't see that happening though.

I never liked the cheese graters, but I guess like many other things, since these cars are getting older the fact that they're "correct" has me more accepting of them today.
