I got sick of looking at an empty fish tank.
Was down to the last 2 fish, one of the babies I kept, and a pleco.
I had to hit the pet store for dog treats and made an impulse buy of 7 African cichlids.

Yea....but he might want to tell the inspector to bring a choice cut of raw steak and double up on the Carhartts before he comes...in case that dopey dog is still around.

But yea, bet there will be a few surprises inside the box there.... guess 1500 don't get you much now a days.

LOL, luckily he lives in Salt Lake, so no dog. I just read that animal control picked up the dog, BTW. I imagine it'll be quarantined for a week because it bit that guy in the azz.

Good morning, all. The fire is still about where it was. As of last night, it was at 1388 acres and 25‰ containment. Overnight was calm, so I'm hoping for continued good news.

On the down side of things, I drove the truck down to the Springs yesterday, and the front left brakes started making noise. By the time I got home, they were in "full grind* mode. AND there's a squeaky drag noise from the left rear as well. I still have the ABS issue to deal with, too. (I pulled codes with FORSCAN, but need to find out what they mean.) Not feeling too hot this morning, though, so any mechanical diagnosis just might have to wait.

I hope you get feeling better, Ohio! I was going to say "may as well do the Expy upgrade" on the brakes, but I think the SCAB's already have it, don't they?

Good! Perhaps that will cost the dog owner a little bit. Dangerous animal to be negligent with, specially with kids in the area.

Glad the winds calmed down and it hasn't crept any closer to you guys. Can't smell it can yuh...10 miles away right ?

Is it the pads or did you go through some mud, get some stones caught int there ?

Take the dog for a hike in the woods...I know that would have me feeling better anyway, good medicine

Thanks, White. I've been feeling less than 100% for a few days, now. Overdid it a little yesterday, I think, so today is going to be (mostly) a down day.

I thought the same thing on the way home. I didn't think any platform of the F150 (except the 7700) had the HD brakes. I'll have to do some homework unless one if you other Thinkers (Calling AK. Calling AK) knows.

I had a heavy smoke smell here for a short time the first day, but the winds shifted direction the next day, and I can't even see smoke, now.

I haven't been in any adverse conditions lately, so I assume it's pads. If the rotor is trashed, I might consider the Expy upgrade. (White's question, though.)

A walk in the woods is always therapeutic, but I think today reqires some physical inactivity.
