Broken or cracked. He has a band that he puts around the tooth, and basically reforms the tooth. There's some little machine that he puts in there to cure it real fast. I dunno... maybe it's a resin. Smells like epoxy to me though.

More than likely it's a UV-cure composite resin. They use the same stuff for fillings, now.

The facility pumps water up the hill when electricity is cheap and use is low and when electricity is expensive or use is very heavy, the lake is released through the turbines to make electricity.
They upgraded the turbines (not our scope of work) and wanted the system automated to need less operators.


I loved my Moto Driod and some others. Once the Goog bought them it all went to crap.
I switched to Iphone and while I'm no fanboy, the things do last for years and years. My last one was an 8 and I just got a 14. That's 6 years with one phone.
I'm never going to try to tell anyone what phone to get.


I had a cracked tooth. Didn't show on x-ray. Only complaint was that once in a while it had a sharp pain while biting something hard. Dentist chick finally found it with a microscope. I thought I would need a root canal and crown as I had one of them years ago. That tooth got pulled anyway. Chick said no, they could drill it and glue the crack with the UV stuff. No pain ever anymore.

The dumbass (me) who needed the root canal, crown, and then had it pulled anyway cracked their tooth at ~35 Years old by cracking walnuts in their teeth. I cracked it then ignored it until it got infected and I guess it was too bad for the UV stuff or maybe it wasn't invented yet . That was over 20 years ago.

The dentist also told me that if someone needed, they could have teeth prepped and glued together with it to strengthen them as I get older.

 

It amazes me that this Escape video is always in my top 3. It's a pretty common issue.... but it's averaging over one view per hour.

 

Mine was a Droid that caused me to turn sour on them. I don't think I could ever switch phones. When someone hands me their iPhone, and says "help me fix _________", it takes me about 183 times longer than it would on an Android. I've been thinking about trying out a Pixel, but I am fairly brand loyal if they don't sell me an absolute turd (Moto).
