My oh my.... I can make some room, LOL.

On Friday morning, I moved the Toyota. It gave me some hesitation then a loud "POP" happened. I got in it to bring it up to the hospital tonight, and I believe I figured out what the pop was. The drivers rear left makes a wonderful noise when I brake. I got about 1/4 mile from home, then took it back. Guess I have a project.... another one. I suspect that the brake shoe froze to the drum, and I'm sure the material broke off the housing.

EDIT: This also leads me to this next thing. I called Vatozone... he asked what I was working on. I say "2007 Toyota Yaris". He says "What are you looking for?". I tell him "Brake shoes". No joke... he says "front or rear?". SMDH.

To be fair, it's likely that most of his customers use the terms interchangeably.

Brew, they found nothing. No evidence of a heart attack. No blockage. Not tears. That's good news. BUT, still have no idea why she's in pain. The cardiologist says she's in no immediate danger, so we're probably going home with no answers later today.

I've been in that position (albeit for a much less serious problem) since May. Good times!

That can be so frustrating.
I have the reasoning that if you bring a vehicle for me to work on and I look at it and can't figure it out or fix it you don't pay.

Not so much for these Doctors, they can punt the ball to a specialist, but you still have to pay them for fixing nothing.

Hope you can get some answers soon.

Did they check her thyroid ?
My sister was having chest pressure/ pain and it ended up her thyroid was enlarged putting pressure on her lung and heart.
They had to remove it and now she takes meds to do what it was supposed to do.

Very good on that first part. Hope they get the pain thing figured out...somethings not right, and why you're there. Yea, that part sucks but what can you do.
