Holy sheep dung... this shiznit is wearing me out. Getting a house ready to sell is so damn time consuming. Plus I itch from putting in insulation. Why the hell didn't I do this in the 13 years I've owned it? LOL

lol that's what I'm trying to avoid. Knowing we are selling in 3/4years I'm trying to do things now so I'm not scrambling later AND hopefully I can enjoy it for a little while since I'm shelling the money out for things... *sigh* still beats living in an apartment tho

I hear you... We rented a duplex when we first got married. Complete waste of money for a year. I want to pay my own mortgage, not someone else's. I've actually considered renting this one out. I can probably clear 500 over the payment pretty easy. I'm just scared of needing to pay two mortgages if I can't get it rented for some reason.

If you can clear 500 a month, you might consider it. You need to see if the bank/lender would be willing to have you have 2 mortgages at one time, versus income and outpays. If they would go for it, I would consider it. Put that money into a separate rental account and let it build up until you decide to sell it. Out of site, out of mind until it's time to use it. Just my thoughts.

So, I was in one of the walls in my house the other day and found some 1978 insulation (newspaper). I found this ad to be pretty cool.... Also, being a huge M*A*S*H fan, I liked the "guide" on the episode.

My trans, with nearly 240K on it, has started acting a bit wonky lately. Slips a bit going into 3rd. Feels like a bit of TC shudder is becoming apparent again. Soooo.... in goes a bottle of Lubegard again. Going to change the fluid (just the 6.5 quarts) and filter pretty quick... pretty sure it's just in need of a fluid change. The fluid still looks pretty decent, and it doesn't smell burnt.

White....I'm going to do this very thing when the ground dries enough to laydown and drop the pan. The driveways are damp and muddy from the winter's water pipe replacements.

Lil Red finally dropped the last of the winter snow off itself today, so IF I can get to the drivers door (still deep snow on the sides of the truck), I'll fire her off and get ready for the summer's list of parts to be installed. Back slider and surround frame, shocks, front wheel bearings, brake pads, frt and rear, seats, steering wheel (Navigator), rear bumper, Homelink mirror and a few other small things. It will be nice to have my living room back. LOL.

I'll be heading back to the North Pole for another week or so next weekend. This time, I'll take the Mustang on the long drive. I hope the drive is as pleasant as the first trip up there last month.

Brew....has the DR figured out how to keep you in line yet? Believe me, mine has. Damn it. lol

I hear you AK. Was going to do the change today, but it is supposed to snow. It is raining cats and dogs right now, and changing over to snow at some point. This weather.... it is supposed to be 80 by the end of the week. Utah's weather patterns irritate me sometimes.

Damn, sorry about that.

Mine is PT, not sure I can conform to any lines, but I know what you mean. It's really not like that, more Greek than anything lol. It's become more fun lately. She's a very busy lady that chooses to spend her free time with... Sort of does something to yuh once you take notice.
