You are right Brew, it is crazy. If you ask White, I'm sure he'll be glad to send it to you. We are at 11 inches for the winter so far, so Utah has us beat in Anchorage in one day. There is an article about a lady going to the see Polar Bears in their snowy habitat, only to find NO SNOW. Weird weather, that's for sure.

Brew, I see where Michigan is suppose to get hit again by what's in N and S Dakota. They are getting hammered. I'm sure you will get what you are wishing for by the New Year. lol. Enjoy your 42 inch snow blower, just don't freeze your butt off . Happy New Years buddy.

Yea, looks it might be coming this way if it stays on track. Guess I should get those tires for the 98 installed this week. I'll make a little video so you guys might see why this is so much fun lol.

Have to rinse the front end off at the power wash close to home before parking it. If I don't....
What are your thoughts on the cavity wax coatings? I use them in my rockers down here just for extra precautions. I actually did a test with it the other day because I was curious. Sprayed a sheet of raw steel down with fluid film and then used sink water pressure to get it wet. No water penetrated it and surprisingly no rust formed... the only thing I don't like about it the fact that eventually you'll have to re apply as power washing will get rid of some of it. But for rockers and places you can't really paint it's worked wonders. Worth the $20 every year I think.,

There is a ski resort here called Brian Head. Their 72 hour snow total is 38 inches. Ridiculous!

Bill, I am home and can ship out your engine cover with the bolts today. Assuming you still want it?

Sounds like you have more experience with it than I. I'm under the impression that 3M inner cavity wax lasts a good long time for a sealed cavity like the rockers. Protects from high humidity and temp changes. Something ike say the sweat you see on home windows that are sealed well in the winter. Without protection the rockers will flash rust over and over again. Anything a pressure washer can get to I wouldn't wax. You can also use Zinc phosphate paint. That's what I'm using on my brake parts hardware. It's not doing well on the brake parts unfortunately. Your suppose to use that for inner cavity as well...frame rails rockers or whatnot. I used it wrong, just a trial and error. For exposed environment your suppose to use the zinc as a primer. Only enclosed environment can you use it by itself. Anyway, both Cavity wax and zinc should be used for inner body applications to get any longevity out of them.

Haven't used fluid film yet. There's something else that's like fluid film that's suppose to be pretty good but I can't think of the product name. I need something to slow down the 98's radiator support rust. It's going fast, large chunks are breaking off the support. Cursid salt and rust!

Your rockers, if you still have all the rubber and plastic plugs should be 100% sealable. It's when you loose those plugs the rockers rust up quickly.

Mannn, you might need a loader to get rid of that much snow.

Trying to decide whether to get the white letters in or out before getting some tires mounted. Currently they are blue letters lol. It's holding me up.

DO like I did. I took them to the tire shop and they put them on black out. I didn't realize until I got them home. I left them that way. lol

Decisions, decisions.

As for the blue letters, that would look good with a white truck. Too bad road wash cleans that off so quickly. lol
