I just threw one of the LED replacement bulbs in Frankie to see how it looks.

Should be a lot better.

Yeah, back on Ohio, I kept it covered with a tarp or in an open "woodshed." Out here - low humidity.

So, you're gonna be like those sumbitches out here that I have to light up with my Hellas, eh?
Park Frankie in the street with the low beams on, and walk down range 50-100 feet. You'll see what I mean.

Yea that's irritating, it can take awhile to re focus after being blinded, specially for older folks.....and with all the deer running around..

Another 3" of white stuff tonight, that'll make 6" total in the last few days. However, 40's tomorrow, 50's Thursday.....the grass might start growing again.

Ohio, that's a pretty large humidity gap. Lol

On the subject of LEDs I put some in my truck and the light output is great with a better low beam cutoff line than my old halogens. That being said I bought mine through headlight revolution for about $250. They have tons of test videos so you know exactly what you are getting.

Humidity is pretty high here also.
We just keep it up off the ground and it stays good. On the other end of the stacks we keep a couple weeks worth tarped to keep it dry.
If it touches the ground, it rots quickly.

I've done tons of research on aligning these. My friend has a business that is 95% LED conversions for older vehicles. I merely stuck it in the housing for the pic to see the color. In no way shape or form is it aligned, nor was it held in with anything but the rubber o-ring. In fact, it would be a waster of time for me to do much with them in those housings because I am putting clear headlights on it.

There is a way to do it right, unlike HID retrofits.

Ugly salty mess out there this morning. Man I hate that stuff. They over did it, it's going to be in 40's in a little bit here....now they're saying 60 Thursday. Unnecessary.
