I love mine. I can't imagine ever going back to small mirrors again. I've said it before but while they are amazing for Trailer use, just the fact that I can see where my back tires are at a glance makes it 100% worth it.
I have since buying my mirrors from A1auto, seen the cheaper Ebay mirrors and there is an absolute difference in quality.
At the bottom of the mirrors I bought there's a small rectangular plate that looks like there should be an LED panel there. I'd like to find something to go there but I'm unfamiliar with newer model trucks what might be the correct light. ..I'm assuming they used a newer body style to base their mirrors off, I can't imagine they ground up designed a new mirror.
Also, the "Heated" part of the mirror in the description is kind of bogus unless you wire it up yourself. The Harness plug is the same as the Supercrew with blinkers on the mirror. It's plug and play but it doesn't heat the mirrors at all. although it may when I turn on my blinkers, lol. I haven't checked yet; I'll do it sometime this summer when I pull the truck apart.
HoHo Ho from North Pole AK. How things guys. I've been up here since last Tuesday, and tho cold in the mornings, it's been decent thruought the day.
While I'm here, I''m ging to take some pictures for my grandson's school project. Flat Man. They want pictures of the flat man with things that are different from Alabama. I've got some for them. lol
She's coming along. There is quite a bit of work to make these fit right. The write up should be pretty lengthy but I think it will be worth it. I spent about 2 hours on it and I'm nearly done with one side. Should have this done by tmrw evening.
