Next week I'm going to be doing a full write up on how to install these style mirrors on a 97-03 SCAB and reg cab trucks. I'm excited, been wanting there do this for a long time!

I'm guessing they don't make a bolt up style for our trucks like that.

No they don't, the bolt pattern is really close though. The install basically involves drilling 2 holes and trimming a small piece of plastic off the the mirror bracket. Looks pretty straightforward. These mirrors are so much better than the Chevy ones. That and they aren't Chevy mirrors on a ford.

I really like those!

My Buddy has a 2013 Ecoboost with the electric mirrors that extend, and tuck in. So much want!

I have thought about trying a set of the all power ones, but the base is so much different it would take quite a bit of fab work to accomplish. These should work pretty awesome as they extend and fold in, you just have to do it manually. From what I've seen, just about anyone should be able to do this swap.
