Thinking
When will the engine be installed ?
My upper control arms and joints are Moog problem solvers. Not sure about the bottoms, but something is a little wonky in my steering lately. Feels more like a tie rod than a ball joint though.... but... I may be figuring out this warranty deal before long. Please tell us how it goes.
Hole crap #2 - Never agree to tag along with a woman who's addicted to Ikea. I guess it wouldn't of been that bad if I had enough warning and brought my tools buuutt.. like this, --have any tools, be right back, hands me Swiss army knife, the kids version with 3 butter knives and scissors that won't cut. harassment begins, can't even open the dang box with that thing. Doin fine still, - put together the bathroom iduno, over the toilet shelving unit before loosing patience with that nifty all in one device of hers...brb, headed up to HD or Lowes (no HD around her place close) and purchased her first wittow tool of worthiness....just a little Makita cordless drill motor. Had some burgers, tripped over boxes for a bit before heading for the hills...or back to the house anyway. Perhaps I'm just over-reacting but come on, half the store in one night...that's a Big place! Feel like a used and abused tool err Joe assembly line, wasn't aware I needed Ikea skills for this relationship...If she wants to break it off...yea, MERCY!
I was all polite an all and vented on the drive home with a few select CD's, guess this is take 2...sorry fellas.
Maybe I'll feel different in the morning..(yea, if I awake in the tropics, - with a sunrise martini in one hand)...

I feel your pain Brew.... been through this living hell before. I seriously asked my Wife where the hell the exit was. I got so lost in there.... and I really got tired of looking at furniture that would break if you look at it wrong. I'd rather bring some corrugated boxes home from work and tape it together.... probably last longer too, LOL.

Engine will hopefully be in by the end of March. If I don't have too many other projects pop up.

Actually she did purchase any of that saw dust board furniture. It's real wood..Both cheap pine, and the higher dollar yellow pine. No cam-lock crap thank god. I was there to steer her clear of that. My mother use to have that cheap stuff, - most of didn't suffer the her last move well. That crap, bows and falls apart. So I know what your referring to white lol.
Corrugated boxes/tape ROFL.
All of my ball joints are. Probably why I'm so damn irritated by it. Lol
Yeh, ball joints... I did them less than 30k ago so I'm pretty sure so I'm pretty confused at the moment. I wouldn't be too mad if it was just uppers but I think it's a lower on one side and an upper on the other.

Huh, aren't you running 35's and TB crank ? 30K is pretty good lol. The lower joint isn't bad, as long as the LCA is good and you didn't have to oversize the BJ the last time. Yea make sure the BJ hole in the LCA is good....they can egg shape. In fact it may be time for LCA's. Something to check out anyway.
When I did them they went in fine. I went ahead and regreased them today and found the upper making the racket on the passenger side has a torn boot so at least I know why that one is going. Lol
