nope. long story short, another dealer bought parts from us, they left their invoice copy here, and rather than ask me what we do, we threw it in the trash can. This younger generation if its not spelled out black and white they can not figure anything out. I asked him why we never throw this stuff out, took a few answers for him to figure it out which he did, and then i followed that up with under no circumstances do we throw anything with customer info in the trash can, it must be destroyed

dude, you have no freaking idea. I try not to complain too much as we were all new once, but what gets under me, is the failure to ask if we aren't sure of something and just guess/assume
