Good luck on the new opportunity, White.

Oh, it looks like you missed a spot on that door.

Thank you!

I have to keep reminding myself that nobody will see it after the door panel is on.

Got that trim ring back in and then scratched the darn paint trying to put a piece of trim on.
I wonder if I woke up any neighbors swearing ?

↑ All sanded and ready for another shot.

↑ Found the paper towel roll was almost the same size as the trim ring, so I used it as a masking device when I resprayed.

↑ Not too bad, got the lower moldings on but need 3 hands so I don't scratch the fresh paint to get the door ones on.
They are held on by those silver retainers and have to be held in place as you tighten them.

Got a bunch of trim stuff ready to go back together.

↨ Got the chrome Trim back on the package tray after painting it

↨ started restretching the vinyl and regluing it on the passenger side kick panel.

↑ Got all the edges done last night, should be good to install.

The emblem was loose and badly corroded, so I took it off to clean and polish it.
I have been cleaning up the paint (what's left of it), got the hood and headlight trim rings to do still.

Phil, I'm going to warn you - the Rustoleum 2X stuff does not dry and stick well. It also, as you've found, scratches really easy. I painted my hood scoop with it last summer, and put it on a shelf. The paint never seemed to cure. I did an internet search and found that I was not the only one experiencing this issue.

Sweet!!!

Also, I hate writing a resume. I hope it works out for me though. They have four positions I am qualified for. A couple of them are a pretty significant pay raise.

The bottom of the package tray reacted with it and stayed tacky for about a week.
All the other surfaces got sealed 1st and seemed to dry normally.
But it does scratch easily.
Was a free can of paint in my late buddy's garage that I have been cleaning out.
I know not to buy that kind now,

I had painted a bunch of my trim pieces with it, and decided to switch to Rustoleum's Trim and Bumper paint. The 2X came off really easy when I switched.

The trim and bumper is solid!

I spent the night getting my resume all polished up, then had my friend go over it. She is a pro at resume writing. She says it looks good.... so, we'll see! I applied for two positions, same company.

Wish me luck!

By itself? With no OK from you?
I didn't believe it was set up like that. MS policy must have changed.

Mine quit bothering to recommend the "upgrade".
