That's plain craziness, I'd be making some changes.

Is her house 10,000 square feet ?

i know its big but not that big. What i do know is the windows are drafty and not very efficient. That being said our windows are somewhat drafty but not as bad, thats on the list to replace as well

There's April and May for power. Can't wait to see June, July and August, LOL. If I could get anyone to turn off the friggin' lights when they leave a room though...

This guy put up a vid for ridding air in his 10th gen F150.
He installed his own bleeder valve on the return heater hose.
I guess parking on an incline with degas lid off, doesn't really work.

yes it does, just need to be patient, you will get all the air out. you don't let it just idle either, bring the engine up to about 2k RPMs occasionally. Ford was stupid IMO to get rid of the rad cap and go to the pressurized overflow cap.

Wow. Whitey.....Your electric bills are crazy. Even in the middle of the winter, 20 hours of dark (Alaska), my highest bill has been $97 last December. My son leaves his room lights on all the time and 2 tv's are on constantly (Camera system of 4, and internet screen TV). I switched to LED bulbs about 8 years ago. I also have 2 outside pole lights (LED) that are on when it light trips the sensors.

I don't think I'd like paying your UTAH electric bills. Maybe that's just me.

20+ yrs ago I swapped in a $20 hall light sw that has 150° of motion detection. The 180° cost then $30 and was unneeded. Set it for a 2 min delay. (3 is better.) I can be overridden. Was one if the smartest things I ever did. A plus is the it's semi-compatible with florescent bulbs that came out later. A "40w" puts out just 5 until motion is detected. Great flaw - love that! (Other bulbs are mostly LED.) Put one where you find the offense is greatest. My elec is 120 and over half is transmission cost... 450 Kw/mo. W kids, it was 750 ave. I like bright lights sometimes so on/off-dimmers are everywhere with 100w bulbs. One spot even has 2 on a Y, but usually set on low, when switched on.
