I put the black spray over primer... can't remember what that's called, then did a little more sanding. Found a couple ever-so-slight low spots. So I brought them up a little more. Also found some pretty rough spots by the fuel filler. Two cancerous holes about 6 to 8mm in diameter. I'm not replacing the panel... so I need advice. Fiberglass it?

Where did you get those? I assume you are using Windows Defender?

Yes to defender. It gets past it.

And I moved to get farther away from neighbors. Still have some but they farther away. At about 500' you don't notice them anymore.

 

I would suggest you move past Windows Defender. It is not very good. I use Malwarebytes for my personal PC's.

 

Unless the SOB's light up their house and yard like Fort Knox such that you can make shadow puppets on your own house from that 500' away through the trees.
(Yes, I'm a little bitter.)

 

Maybe you need to add some lights and point them in their direction

 

Solar panels, harvest some their electric bill.
