I'd have to see it for a better opinion on the matter. Trust your judgment though...if you think there's cause for concern , there is one. It's already been proven lol.

I wouldnever suggest traspassing or doing anything illegal so
make sure there are no video cameras, then accidentally knock it over.

Pellet guns are quiet and make quick work of cameras.

I need the bushing for the right side of the tailgate for my 97.
Your giant list of parts says I need E7TZ-99430B22-A .
Local Ford parts guy asked me the year and said that part is incorrect and what I need is not serviced.
The number you gave is correct, right? Just want to double check before I order online.
Thanks.
If you can't find them, years ago I used a scrap piece of cpvc cut to length. Believe or not, they've lasted longer than the originals did. If your referring to the bushings on ketch.

Right side is F65Z-99430B38-AA These are called a "roller hinge"
Left side is F65Z-99430B39-AA

The inserts are
Right side E7TZ-99430B22-A These are the inserts to keep the tailgate rattle to a minimum
Left side F65Z-99430B23-AA

Right side insert (the plastic thingy) is what I need. Awesome, Thanks.
Like everything else in the south, the steel parts look great, It's the plastic and rubber that wears.

I'm needing the right side hinge insert. The dealer shows it in stock online. I went to get it with AKs part number but then the parts dude said the number wasn't right.
I was confused and thought I wrote the wrong thing. I didn't doubt AK, I doubted myself. Now I doubt the parts dude.
I'll drive up to Richmond tomorrow to see grand kids. I'll go by dealer there. They are pretty good.

I pulled that right out of my old parts book. I just checked my Mitchell Crash manual and the same numbers come up. I'm not sure why the partsman said it wouldn't fit. You asked for it by number. Weird af if you ask me. LOL

Wanna blow his mind? Tell him they are for a 99-07 SuperDuty.. Same part numbers. That should really mess with his mind. Here is the fitment for those inserts
