Went over and talked to the next door neighbor about their &*@#Kn tree breaking and hitting my house, and my new roof. I basically got a "if something happens, we have home owners insurance". I went over with the latest branch to land on the roof. About 8 feet long, and 6 inches in girth. Needless to say, I'm unhappy. IDGAS how much it is to take down a tree, they should be trying to alleviate the issue somehow.

Sounds like the branch is on and positioned to harm your property...fire at will. 6"..that's a good size branch. Sawzall with 12" pruning blade would take care of it. Cut in pieces small enough to drag over into his yard.

If your not equipped to avoid possibly damaging something when it falls, call a tree removal/trimming service to take it down safely and give him the bill.

Any of the parts people (maybe @akdoggie) , I need advise.
I need the bushing for the right side of the tailgate for my 97.
Your giant list of parts says I need E7TZ-99430B22-A .
Local Ford parts guy asked me the year and said that part is incorrect and what I need is not serviced.
The number you gave is correct, right? Just want to double check before I order online.
Thanks.
