Here's our weather situation at the moment:
The ground was pretty warm, so it's not sticking much, but there's 3" on the deck railing.
WHITE: - I've never used those hot staples, but the place that wrapped the grille surround on my Acura used a couple to take care of a crack. It worked perfectly.

i actually had to turn our mini splits over to cooling mode today, tested the a/c in the ranger and honda today. Had to top the honda off a little with my can of 134A i keep at the house. must have a small leak somewhere but its not worth paying the money to track it down.
I'm not sure what you're getting at by "But, can we know, if Exide has made batteries, "to spec" for each of these companies???". And yes, Globe became what we know as Johnson Controls now, which does make Interstate Batteries. While I know that list isn't a complete list of brands, 70% of them on there are made by JC.
JC has a v good rep in other products.
"To spec," is like the much vaunted 4x4 F150 shocks, that when FORD added them, "by name," they were a slight improvement, but were dumbed-down, not as good, but, carried 'the name.' V common business practice.
Specialist company A, sells a widget to company B, to be included in the product of comoany B, but is spec'ed as, ~'an improvement, but not as good as our main product line.'
Batteries, shocks, you name it.
Sear's DieHards were just mentioned. Some were great. Some were a playdown of the father-name. Nothing unusual in the last 30+ years. Sum'a these, you almost have to be an industry insider to appreciate.
You get Globe or Johnson making products w Brand XYZ stamped on them for Acme XYZ... these are made to "meet spec." Exactly so good, 3 yr, 4, 40 month... and not one iota, more.
Dislike the inconvenience of economy batteries... won't go lithium for a vehicle. Definitely not there yet.
They are there. Some possible charger mods, optional. Has much to do w the doping of the base product. Changes characteristics, hugely. Pricey, but lighter, stronger, and mannnny times more useable after huge drawdowns, which deteriorate a FLA.
I'd like to go fiddle around in the garage, but I hafta get up at 4am.
I did go out and look at the bumper to try and figure out what plastic welding rods I needed. Ford put "PUR" on there... so, I ordered some Poly-Urethane sticks. I'm stoked!
