Only one small airbag for the driver also.

Glad everyone is alright.

Several years ago, where I work had a transit 350 stolen.
We have cameras recording all of our facility. Cameras saw every bit of it happening.
Cops said the people who did it were pros.
the person who did it came by the shop a couple nights before and looked in all the vans and trucks. Like 2:00 am.
Took a couple pics of VINs.
Came back with a key to the van. Opened the hood, pulled a new PCM from a bag and messed around under the hood. Shut hood, got in and started the van and drove off.
Never saw it again.
Cops said that many trucks, vans, etc. are sent to central and South America as no one there will check the papers or numbers.
That was probably ~2016.

That 99 F250 makes sense. First-year of the SD body, no chipped keys, simple to steal.

Like the 99-06 GM trucks. We had a rash starting 3 years ago, and every day there were at least 7 GM trucks stolen in Anchorage. That's come down some over the past 2 years, but the GMs are so damn simple to steal without a fuel pump switch or ign kill switch.

They just take a straight screwdriver, pop the drivers side door lock, 3 seconds, get inside, again the screwdriver into the column lock, and you can drive that truck off. Easier than the old Ford one wire, hot wire start. Today's hot sheet still shows 32 GM trucks stolen and not recovered in April so far. All but 2 are 99-06s.

Ah, I didn’t realize/remember there was no PATS. Now, it makes sense. Thanks, AK!

No, I'm actually not in WP, but about 15-20 minutes west. Thanks for asking, though.

Anyone think a 100 Cell Count Catalytic Converter is harmful to a driver's health ?
Meaning gasoline/exhaust fumes will be inhaled by driver in the cab of truck ?
I ask because it's an "ultra high flow cat" and the exhaust fumes would be flowing in there rapidly....

Why do you think you need 100-cell cats? Are you going to be pushing 800 HP? No? 200-cell cats will be fine. Of course so will 400-cell ones if you're basically stock, *and* you'll actually clean the exhaust.
