It's now 1:15 and the only people that want back are the receptionist and the bookkeeper (good thing on that, we still will need to get paid).
Like a party in the redneck BBQ parking lot. It will all be fun until the cops come and run us off for drinking beer in the parking lot.

Adrian, that run for months that way!- The lubricator told them about it- the production supervision did not want to shut it down to repair it!!- ( albeit it turns very slow, but gee!)
It come off of one of the chip truck dump drag chain conveyors, and that would limit the chip deliveries.

Well, that sucks, Noobs.

Our second mask policy was officially lifted as of today. Now it's just "if you're sick, please wear a mask".... but you know how that goes.

Hey guys, this is what happens when contractors put the wrong size bearing on a shaft-

that shaft is over 4” in diameter ( well it was)…
This is some of stuff we get into at times!
Hope you fellers have a great day!
Y'all have a nice powerful sub-arc welder to fill in that shaft?

Our official policy was to stay home if your sick. Always was, before all the crazy.
Company pays too, up to 20 days a years with DR notes.
Company covers our short and long term disability insurance too. In case you need more than 20 days in a row.
I can't even remember our last Fed Gov't contract but we are still considered a Gov't contractor.

Cop showed up and went into restaurant. Came out and told us to move behind the building and to not get drunk and drive. We did. Cop left. I do like living in the stix.

At this point most have decided that they are going home for the day and will go back to work tomorrow.
My company cell ha been ringng a lot from VP.
We have 3 VPs, Two of them are here with us. Were all having a good time now. We'll see wht happens tomorow.

Good and bad news guys.

Good News:
Just go an email from CEO to all in company

"I understand there has been a management failure today.
I have spoken to VP. He has no labor responsibility and understands he will not discipline anyone in the future.
I expect there will be no further issue and everyone will be working tomorrow.
People who have PTO can use it for today"

The two VPs that are now fairly buzzed also got an email that along the lines of why the f did you let this sh*8 happen while CEO was on vacation.
Names removed to protect the guilty.

No more popcorn, Just beer and BBQ.

Bad news:
Now I gotta go to work tomorrow.

Like I said earlier, our CEO is actually pretty cool.
