Yep... lots of RV's and tent cities out here right now. There's even road construction going on right now, and they STILL stay there. Their RV's have got to be getting rocked by the construction equipment.

And we've had that around here with cities buying bus tickets and giving cash to homeless to leave. Always cities run by a certain pol. party that pretends to be for the poor and underprivileged.

We've got a little homeless camp where I live (35 miles from SLC) that is behind the Century Link building. There were a couple tents back there last week.
It's a weird place for them to be, because SLC has a lot more resources for them..... food, water, bathrooms, free health clinics, etc.

Richmond is on a "travelers" (what the news called them) route. Richmond had an issue with a traveler camp near a convention center on a big grassy lot. From the pics I saw it looked like maybe 25 to 30 tents. It was kept clean.
City wanted them out, some church sent them food, water, and porta potties. I learned at that time that you can rent portable showers.
City threatened United Rentals for supplying stuff to city land. Stuff got picked up. Most of the travelers left. Ones who didn't got run off by cops and their tents and stuff loaded into dumpsters.
Eventually city gave each one like $100 and a greyhound bus ticket. The next year on their migration they just picked another grass field. Apparently a bit of money and a bus ticket every year is better than walking to Raleigh.
I live in the boonies so all we ever get is a couple of tent in the woods for a day or two then move on.
Was unsure of my memory on "travelers". Old brain box remembered correct on that part. Travelers

That's so steep the grass grows out at a 45 degree angle.

Did you see his video with the flame throwers? Now I want a flame thrower. I don't think I have that much room near me to shoot it without lighting a forest fire though.
I did... that was a great video. I did a comparison between Vice Grip Garage (which is arguably one of the top 5 automotive channels on YT) and Matt's channel.
Matt has 637K Subs. His channel started March 28, 2019
Vice Grip Garage has 775K Subs. His channel started December 8, 2007, although his first post was in April of 2018.
That is a REALLY good pace he's going at.
