Cute little flux core. Run Lincoln flux wire with it vs any type of garbage wire. Night and day difference, specially if your fairly new at it.

I'd use your dads if it's gas...for anything critical anyway.

Once you get half way decent with the HF Flux core, you'll weld like a pro with the Lincoln. Well, better anyway lol.

It's a 125 MIG with the ability to use gas, but he doesn't have the hookups. It's an oldy, but it has been rarely used.

Just had quite a show out my office window.... SLC has a growing population of tent cities and people that live on the streets out of an RV. There are always RV's outside my window.... and today one of them set one of the city garbage cans ablaze. There is some construction going on across the street, and those workers came running over and emptied two extinguishers on the can. Still was smoldering, so one of the guys emptied about a dozen water bottles on it that he pulled out of his cooler, and that seemed to be the final swing it needed.

Exciting, lol.

EDIT: BTW, the tech college that I was attending pre-corona has welding classes. I will be checking in to that right quick. Sire wish I could weld like Rudy on Matt's ORR. Dude does some good work.

Oh yea, Ruddy can weld, excellent fabricator as well. Matts buddy at Fab-Rats would steal him if he could. I wonder what's Casey been up to, haven't seen him around lately.

Get your shot ?

I'm not going to touch this thread with a 10' pole. Sounds like a real can of worms and misinformation. 4.6 manifold on a 5.4. I stopped reading right there.

Casey finished that Jeep he was extending.... saw the video was posted, but I didn't watch it yet.

Yep... got the shot. Didn't hurt at all... but I was very tired last night. Still am tired, kinda. Might be the time change though, but I heard a lot of people say they got tired after the first shot.

I talked to a friend at work, and he got his 2nd shot on Friday. He got pretty sick off-and-on Saturday and Sunday. I guess I better schedule my second shot for a Friday. They told me 28 days.... but my boss went back on day 21.

The weird thing is, people I know that have got the shot from 23 years old to 49 have gotten a little sick from the second shot, but the people I know 50+ that has had have had no issues at all. I read somewhere that the reactions are a sign of a really strong immune system. So I guess that's a good thing? LOL.

Shot update... mild headache, light sensitivity, and just feeling "blah" is what I've experienced so far.

I was told by the military nurse that administered my shot that people with better immune systems will react to both shots. Sooooo, take that for what it's worth.

After watching your escape video the below was in the recommended, It made for a difficult decision.

I don't know if she is in the video or not as I didn't watch it.
I just didn't understand how this was similar.
