Thinking
Hopefully some stuff arrives in the next two or three days. I really wanted to have it running this week.... or at least have the motor and trans back in the car.
I woke up to a whining blower motor on my furnace/AC this morning though. My friend is a shipping manager for a heating and AC supply store in SLC, so I am going to head over there and get one.... might put a damper on the car today though ;(
Noobie, thanks for posting that. Both my 3 tons and my 6 tons are on the new list. That's shiddy.

Ah come on!!! No one had anything to say about the dog post? My god, you go to a dog dealer, buy a puppy, wait 2 years to take the dog to the vet for the first and the first thing the vet does is call the cops. The vet than tells you didn't buy a dog two years previously, you bought a bear. Apparently the lady that bought it did have some questions like, why doesn't my dog ever bark? Why does my dog walk around on hind legs a lot? Why can I never feed this dog of mine enough? Why does my dog roar?

If she was in Russia, instead of China, would she be able to keep the bear?
Hoping maybe one of you fellers can help... I'm not sure if I wired this damn furnace blower motor correctly. I ran the wires as such:
M1 - Red
Cool - Black
Heat - Blue
Neutral - Yellow
I put a Jard 22587 in my Corsair furnace today. With it on "fan only" mode, it seems to work fine. However, when the A/C is on, it makes a humming sound. It also does not feel like it is cooling as it usually did. Something just doesn't feel quite right. The hum sound is pissing me off, LOL.
Here's the diagram on the motor:
WELP... this damn thing is only loading images to 90% again. This is the same motor with a different brand name. If you look at the wiring diagram in pic two from the left, you'll see what I was trying to post:

OK.... I went through the questions and the comments. Looks like yellow is indeed neutral. Seems like a VERY common question.... to the point where maybe the manufacturer should consider using white. Now I am wondering if maybe I just have the damn thing turning the wrong direction?
It is actually BLOWING out of the vents, but it still could be wrong?

It's going the correct direction... I don't understand it, LOL. I just kicked it off and ran just the "fan mode", and it's very quiet. As soon as the A/C kicks on, I'm sure it activates that speed, and that's just noisy.
I thought it had it going the right direction when I had it out, but thought maybe I got confused as to what side of the motor they are referencing it as CW / CCW.

There's a little more on that here, not too far down, -
