that sucks man. Luckily the job I have is pretty secure and being in management helps too. The company has actually boomed since the virus hit. So much so that they started allowing unlimited overtime until further notice. Seeing people like you makes me really look at life and how lucky I am. Heck even the lady that cuts my hair is worrying about how she will pay her rent and feed her kids.

This is my setup, whitey I have the ryobi surface cleaner and my god did it make cleaning the driveway so much easier! I am looking to maybe buy the undercarriage cleaner and potentially and extension rod to do some work on the house before we sell it (If we sell it if covid-19 keeps up thru the summer!)
Power Washer
Surface Cleaner

We are fortunate as well, maybe even lucky. I am essential (biomedical engineer who works on/with medical equipment) but my team isnt traveling so i am currently working from home. Its nice because I can watch our 1.5 yr old but it gets stressful sometimes trying to do meetings and watch her lol. The wife is a pediatrician so well shes obviously essential lol. Her biggest fear tho is bringing something home to our daughter so we are just being extra cautious around here.

AK, does Ford sell it's parts catalogs? I don't think Helm had them even when they were dealing in the Ford manuals.

Fordguy, Does your wife have a testing schedule for the virus? Since this all started I've haven't heard much about how the people in medicine that deal with this are being watched over and protected. Doesn't seem like waiting until symptoms show is the way to do it.

my job has been kind of iffy lately too. i work for a company called green tokai. me make rubber and glass products, a lot of it for automotive use. a lot of our customers and vendors have shut down because of the virus. that's left our plant running at almost minimum. nobody has been laid off (yet) but no one is on schedule for as much as they were before. i'm a supervisor but they don't need us all to report because there isn't as many people working shifts at once. they are kind of switching us around a little bit.
outside of that i do a little bit of everything. more than i can list lol. yesterday i picked up 5 lawn mowers that need service and repairs after sitting all winter. i went over to martin's small engine repair today to get a spindle for one of the deck pulley's on a craftsman. it was rusted up real bad and hard to turn im sure that's why it kept stretching belts out so quick. but boy do they have their work cut out for them. they have a lot to work on. i got some pics. i offered to take some to my house to work on and bring back. they said they'd call me if it got to that point.

No they don't. I have mine from my days with Cal Worthington and John Stepp Ford. I gave my older catalogs to a buddy in the valley, as I don't have any OBS's anymore. My 90 is no longer around, so I gave them to a guy who only has OBS and Dentsides. I kept my GEN 10 series book only and it's seen many better days. I also have Mitchel crash books for body parts and such I have a parts disc I copied from somewhere with my S197 parts listings with the Fusion, CV and otherws. It's a bit choppy in spots, so that is why I couldn't give you the exact code on the seat for the 08 Edge. It's sort of a corrupted disc but works for a lot of stuff.

That's what I expected. There's a 99 F150 - 450 and SD's on Ebay that started at $1,000 and is now $439. It's 3 books and maybe in another 6 months it will be cut in half again and than I'd go for it. Thank you again.

WOW, Ak you worked for Cal Worthington? Did you ever meet his dog spot? I remember those commercials as a kid here in Western Washington. Go see Cal, go see Cal, go see Cal. Sort of having a childhood flashback here. I think they ran him out of the state or some shady business practices or something.
