Good morning, all.

AK, I'll be in the market for a new windshield soon, myself. Mine had a half-moon hail crack in the shaded portion that recently started to travel. I hope I can score a sub-$200 install of some quality glass here when the time comes.

White: That sucks. "Don't speed through the course..." The writer(s) have a pointed sense of humor.

Yeah... I have to be logged in for an hour, LOL.... so I have to wait for the page to timeout before it allows me to continue. It's taken me several hours to hit the 45 minute mark because I've had meetings, etc.

Replaced the fuel filter today. Holy crap. Talk about impossible to swap out with my hands like they are. That fuel filter was the toughest I've ran into in some time. I'm sure it's the hands making it difficult, but this time it was near impossible to do. It had the oem original filter still on the rail. The new filter weighs 8 ounces. The one that finally came out weighed well over a pound. So little flow coming out of the line. Needless to say, NO more lean run condition. Whew.

I've had those filter connectors pop off with just a wiggle, and some are so stubborn I'm tempted to cut them off, then with just the right swear word, angle of the tougue, squint, and twist, the darned thing comes loose like nothing. It's got to be even more frustrating with hands that aren't doing what you want them to. Glad you got it licked!

AK, when I did mine, I was inventing new swear words. The lines did NOT want to break loose from the filter.

Well... I found this pump that has threaded ports. I might wind up getting this one and plugging that port off, then putting the ECT sensor directly into the intake. It'll look a lot cleaner.

I went to a concert last night out at The Great Saltair. Great views..... music was MEH. I went for my daughter, not me, LOL.

I got a kick out of the "snack" menu. Never seen tampons on a menu before.....

Kinda getting irritated with the "should I keep my truck?" posts when it's one of their first posts, and we know exactly nothing about the truck.

DAMN! Fuel filter is next on my task list. I have the filter and disconnect tool, just waiting for time to get it done. I had myself convinced it would be easy. Oh well, either way it will get done.

Tampons don't sound too tasty.

The ear plugs weren't too bad.... I didn't think I could stomach the tampons though.

Good luck 2100.... that is still rather painful. Hopefully you're taking something like pyridium to make it less painful (f they will let you?).

I got the battery all charged up in the Expy, getting it ready to sell. Maintaining 6 vehicles is just too much. It's got the airbag code 52 - and I'll be damned if I can get it to clear. Do any of you have any tricks to clear it?

EDIT..... I bet IDS will do it. I'll have to install a VM Windows 7 machine on my laptop and see if I can get that to work....

I figured I'd take it out for a little shimmy around town, just to get the juices flowing. I took it up the canyon to see what the streams look like. They are raging, and in a few areas where the water is allowed to pool the city has had to get a backhoe in and make higher banks. They've also been quite active cutting out dead and overgrown trees.... saw A LOT of people loading it up for firewood, LOL. Last summer we were able to walk through a lot of the water passageways because there was absolutely no water at all.

This is right above a little waterfall, which I thought I had a pic of, LOL.... but apparently I did not take a photo of that.
