Good morning everyone. Hope all is well in the Continental USA. It is foggy as Seattle here this morning.

JP. Kewl. Fresh shrimp! What a score. Dinner is served.

A buddy called yesterday and has some King Crab for me to go get today. I think I'll have that tonight for dinner. Bake a potato, and do up some fresh veggies. Hot butter for the crab dip. Yummy.

I still have a couple nice filet of Copper River Salmon yet to use soon. This particular Salmon seems to be the most sought out restaurant Salmon I've ever seen. Seattle buys all they can get for the high quality restaurants and it usually goes for $40 a plate or close. I've never understood it. Maybe it's because I get red salmon every year as well as Silver's and King's. It also is a short run quanity, so they actually are a limited supply. Maybe that's it. lol

I have good neighbors and friends who give me fish, moose, and caribou every year. I'm more into the Caribou. It makes the best damn sausage, and we have 3 world class sausage making companies here in Anchorage. They are well known world wide. I'm partial to Alaska Sausage, where Indian Valley isn't bad, just different spices. Reindeer sausage by AK Sausage has got to be the best ever. 10th and M, makes the best damn Moose or Caribou sausage of them all. They use the customers meat. Now I need to go hunting for some. I should of never thought about it. Damn. lol

I have a cousin in Maine- dad rides his motorcycle up about once a year to visit- he usually brings back a cooler of moose - i think its great!- its as good as our deer here!
Dad makes a deer stew using turnips instead of potatoes - umm, ummm!
Now im making myself hungry!!
