Jferg, search the # on eBay. Or search ##(year of your truck)f150 5.4 pcv. That's why you couldn't find it! LOL. Not a ford part #....

Found it, but looks nothing Like mine

Pretty sure it's the front of the intake that is leaking
For the triton guys, if the front of the intake is leaking, would it fill the valley, then leak from the rear of the block first?

Are you 100% sure its not the coolant line coming off of the back side of the water pump in the valley? Its only sealed with an o-ring.

look at item # 260769750283 on ebay. This is the one I have on my 00 5.4.

See where the thermostat housing looks wet?

Awhile back jbrew said you have torque them in order and in two stages or else it will leak from the front.
Stage 1: 18in/lbs
Stage 2: 18ft/lbs
It looks impossible to get a torque wrench on the back few so just got torqued them by feel. Guessing that's my problem
