Can I get this while line, or do I have to buy the hoses, elbows and make it myself? Its a vac line that goes to the valve cover, throttle body and back of the intake

You can buy the whole thing online for about 40 bucks. Does it have the tag with the part # on it?

Since it vents to the valve cover, I am assuming yes
Edit. I would love it if someone had the labeled, color-coded vac line schematics

I bought it off of eBay for about $37. Comes with the pcv valve.

Edit: the other side vents to the intake. Just a regular peice of hose.

Jferg, there are 2 different styles. A single line, and a split line the y's off. Both are about the same price depending which one you have

Look at v529 and see if that's the correct one.
